Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days (weekends and bank holidays excluded) from the day of order or day after, if the order is placed after 3pm. They are sent tracked 48 via Royal Mail. Royal mail state to allow 2-4 business days from day after collection for them to complete the delivery. Therefore deliveries could take up to 10 working days. Please allow the full 10 working days (weekends and bank holidays excluded) before contacting regarding deliveries. After this time, please do not hesitate to contact us for updates.
